Mustard Fillet Steaks


Recipe:

4 Fillet Steaks
1 tblsp. Pineapple Juice
3 tblsps. Dijon Mustard
1 tblsp. Dried Tarragon
3 tblsps. White Vinegar
? tsp. Black Pepper
1 ? tblsps. Olive Oil

  1. Mix together mustard, vinegar, olive oil, pineapple juice, tarragon and pepper.
  2. Simmer in a saucepan until evenly heated. Keep warm.
  3. Preheat grill.
  4. Lightly pound fillets with kitchen mallet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Place on grill and cook about 4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  6. Remove from grill.
  7. Place about 2 tblsps. of mustard sauce on a plate and place fillet on top of it.
