Slow Cooker Vegetable Beef Soup


Recipe:

1 ? lbs. Cubed Beef Stew Meat
1 16 oz. pkg. Frozen Mixed Vegetables
2 Potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 cups Water
10 cubes Beef Boullion, crumbled
1 small Onion
2 tsps. Ground Black Pepper
1 28 oz. can Crushed
1 tblsp. Salt
Tomatoes
1 tblsp. Dried Basil

  1. Place Beef in a slow cooker.
  2. Pour in water.
  3. Stir in onion, tomatoes, mixed vegetables and potatoes.
  4. Season with boullion, pepper, salt and basil.
  5. Cook on low for 8 hours.
