Slow Grilled Beef Ribs
Recipe:
4 lbs. Beef Short Ribs3 cloves Garlic minced
? cup Dry Red Wine
? tsp. Thyme
? cup Soy Sauce
? tsp. Black Pepper
2 tblsps. Vegetable Oil
- In a bowl combine everything but the Ribs.
- Place the ribs in a shallow baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the ribs are evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
- Preheat grill and prepare for indirect grilling.
- When the grill is hot, remove the ribs from marinade and place on grill to cook indirectly.
- Discard marinade. Cook for 1 to 1 ? hours, turning every 15 minutes.
