Slow Grilled Beef Ribs


Recipe:

4 lbs. Beef Short Ribs
3 cloves Garlic minced
? cup Dry Red Wine
? tsp. Thyme
? cup Soy Sauce
? tsp. Black Pepper
2 tblsps. Vegetable Oil

  1. In a bowl combine everything but the Ribs.
  2. Place the ribs in a shallow baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the ribs are evenly coated.
  3. Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
  4. Preheat grill and prepare for indirect grilling.
  5. When the grill is hot, remove the ribs from marinade and place on grill to cook indirectly.
  6. Discard marinade. Cook for 1 to 1 ? hours, turning every 15 minutes.
