Barbecue Breast of Lamb
Recipe:
3 lb. Lamb Breast1 tsp. Salt
3 medium Oranges
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
? cup Chili Sauce
? tsp. Coarse Pepper
2 tblsp. Honey
- Cut lamb breast into serving size portions.
- Grate 1 tblsp. peel and squeeze ? cup juice from 1 orange.
- In a small bowl mix orange peel, juice, chili sauce and remaining ingredients.
- Set aside.
- Place lamb in open roasting pan and pour sauce mixture over it.
- Place in 325 F oven for 2 ? hours or until tender, basting with sauce occasionally.
- Meanwhile, slice rest of oranges crosswise.
- During the last 15 minutes of cooking time, add orange slices to lamb to heat through.
