Barbecue Breast of Lamb


Recipe:

3 lb. Lamb Breast
1 tsp. Salt
3 medium Oranges
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
? cup Chili Sauce
? tsp. Coarse Pepper
2 tblsp. Honey

  1. Cut lamb breast into serving size portions.
  2. Grate 1 tblsp. peel and squeeze ? cup juice from 1 orange.
  3. In a small bowl mix orange peel, juice, chili sauce and remaining ingredients.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Place lamb in open roasting pan and pour sauce mixture over it.
  6. Place in 325 F oven for 2 ? hours or until tender, basting with sauce occasionally.
  7. Meanwhile, slice rest of oranges crosswise.
  8. During the last 15 minutes of cooking time, add orange slices to lamb to heat through.
