Chicken Italian


Recipe:

3 ? lbs. Whole Frying Chicken, skinned OR use 3 lbs. Skinned Chicken Breasts
2 tblsps. Lemon Juice
2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
? tsp. Oregano
2 tblsps. Olive Oil
2 tblsps. Dry White Wine

  1. If using whole chicken, cut chicken in half.
  2. Blend marinades of all the remaining ingredients.
  3. Soak chicken for 10 minutes.
  4. Bake in greased pan at 375 F for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender.
